    Public transport

    Train:

    The nearest train station is a kilometre away from Lovsin Estate. As we promote green travel, we can arrange transport from the train station to the property and vice versa, upon prior arrangement.

    For more information about the lines and timetables, please visit the official website of Slovenian Railways.

    For the departure or boarding station, choose – Metlika.

    We offer a 10% discount on overnight stays to all guests who visit us by train or bicycle.

    Lovsin Estate is located in Križevska vas, just next tol Metlika. There are three paths leading to the property. The first option is to take the roundabout at the Metlika border crossing (Eurospin shop), turn off for Križevska vas and continue to the end of the village.

    Alternatively, just before the Metlika border crossing, turn right (or left if you are returning from Croatia), turn left at the Križevska vas fire station and continue to the end of the village.

    The third option is to turn left (towards Črnomelj) or right (towards the Metlika) on the Metlika – Črnomelj regional road (there is a signpost by the road), cross the railway crossing, turn right in the village and continue to the end of the village.

    In all three options, follow the signposts and DO NOT STAY on the trails that are not explicitly marked with the campsite logo (tent) or the Lovsin Estate logo. This will help you avoid local and forest roads that are not suitable for heavier and larger vehicles.
